There are 3 reasons we charge for a bathroom renovation quotation.
1- We know the potential client is serious about proceeding with proposed project.
2- To visit potential client, draw up floor plan and calculate costings, does take approx 5 hours.
3- We are providing professional advice to the potential client, which the client can use to make an informed decision on what they require for their bathroom project.
Depends on scope of work. Extra fixtures- BCC plumbing fees and inspections apply. Any structural walls that have to be moved- building inspectors need to be notified. Or an independent engineer can certify work.
