 $109 1/2 Hour  vertical  This is the minimum charge for the initial examination of the problem.  If the problem can be resolved during this first half hour, the only extra charge will be for parts used.  If not, you will be charged in half hour blocks accordingly, plus parts used.  If we need to come back to your job in a day or so you will not be charged another call out fee ($60.00 ex gst) for this job.

Full report with video for customers future reference. We also recommend a full drainage inspection of a potential property you are looking to purchase, this could save you thousands and also give you some leveridge to negotiate a reduced price on the property should repairs be required to the drainage pipes. We provide a report with still pictures illustrating the condition of the sewer pipe. This full report with still pictures can be emailed for customer convenience. (Please Note: The drain camera is not suitable for stormwater drains)

1. Offer applies only to replacement of existing Gas Hot Water Units (HWU), electric HWU's not included in offer.

2. Offer requires existing Hot Water Unit to be positioned on outside of building.

3. New HWU to be positioned in same position as existing HWU.

4. Existing gas supply has to be tested during commissioning process of new HWU, repairs and upgrade to existing Gas supply if required are not included in offer.

5. New HWU position has to be within gas regulation minimum requirements and guidelines. 

6.  We reserve the right to advise of additional fees subject to site conditions prior to commencement of work.
